Upon completing their 5th qualifying market, vendors officially achieve VIP Vendor Status, unlocking our highest level of loyalty rewards.

As a VIP Vendor, you will enjoy a permanent $50 discount on every future Blossom Market booth reservation, provided you maintain active membership in the program.

A Few Things to Know

  • Rewards are based on completed markets, not applications.

  • Discounts apply to standard booth fees only.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.

  • Vendor acceptance remains subject to category availability and event curation.

  • Preferred booth placement is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Loyalty rewards are nontransferable and have no cash value.

Loyalty Program Launch & Eligibility

Official Launch: December 2026 | Snowflake Market

The Blossom Vendor Club officially launches in December 2026, beginning with our Snowflake Market.

As a special thank-you to the vendors who have helped our community flourish, all markets attended prior to December 2026 will be recognized and credited toward your loyalty status.

While previous participation will count toward unlocking rewards, loyalty discounts and exclusive benefits will become available beginning with the December 2026 Snowflake Market. No loyalty discounts will be applied retroactively or to events held before this date.

Your Loyalty, Your Legacy

Unlike traditional rewards programs, your Blossom Vendor Club credits do not reset annually. We believe the relationships we build with our vendors should continue growing year after year.

To maintain active membership and preserve accumulated market credits, vendors must participate in at least one Blossom Market event within every six-month period.

This allows our most dedicated vendors to continue enjoying the benefits of their loyalty while remaining part of our active vendor community.

A few important details:

  • All qualifying markets prior to December 2026 count toward your loyalty status.

  • Discounts and VIP benefits officially begin with the December 2026 Snowflake Market.

  • Market credits carry over from year to year without an annual reset.

  • Vendors must complete at least one market every six months to maintain their accumulated credits and active loyalty status.

  • Vendors who exceed six months without participating will forfeit their accumulated credits and begin earning rewards again with their next completed market.

  • Participation is defined as attending and completing an approved market as a registered vendor. Applications, acceptance, or booth payments alone do not qualify as completed participation.

Because loyalty deserves to be recognized, and every market together is another opportunity to bloom.
